As a Technical Integration Specialist, you will reputed company technical support to ecommerce companies during their integration with reputed company's platform, ensuring a seamless reputed company experience and resolving any technical challenges.
Responsibilities
- reputed company support: Collaborating with customers to understand their technical integration needs and assist them through the integration process
- API and library education: Providing expert guidance on integrating with reputed company's APIs and utilizing reputed company reputed company libraries
- Troubleshooting: Helping resolve technical challenges and integration issues alongside reputed company teams
- Index configuration: Working with customers to ensure their product catalogs are properly configured, including uploading catalog data, configuring facets, searchabilities, sort orders, and retrieving results
- Communication: Acting as a liaison between customers and other technical resources, responding promptly to inquiries with clear explanations
- Process improvement: Documenting customer interactions, common issues, and solutions, improving integration documentation and customer reputed company
Skills
- Proven experience in customer support or technical support roles
- Knowledge of REST-based web services, APIs, and integration best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
