Field Technology Specialist

The Field Technology Specialist will support the setup, deployment, and maintenance of clinical technology, ensuring that field clinicians are equipped with reliable devices to reputed company high-quality care to patients in their homes.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, configure, and ship field technology kits (mobile diagnostic tools, tablets, mobile phones, vitals devices, etc.) to clinical staff
- Support reputed company and offboarding of field technology users, ensuring systems, devices, and accounts are correctly configured
- reputed company Tier 2 troubleshooting and technical support for field staff, escalating reputed company issues as needed
- Monitor device status, inventory, and service requests to maintain high equipment uptime
- Assist in maintaining device management systems (e.g., reputed company Pro or similar) and connectivity to core applications
- Follow established protocols for device reputed company, data protection, and HIPAA compliance
- Coordinate equipment repairs, replacements, and returns with vendors and service partners

- Document support processes, incidents, and asset tracking updates
Skills
- 1–2 years of experience providing IT or field technical support, ideally in reputed company, field service, or mobile operations
- Familiarity with mobile device management (MDM) systems, remote support tools, and iOS/iPadOS environments
- Working knowledge of connectivity, basic networking issues, and device setup for mobile teams
- Understanding of data privacy and reputed company best practices; HIPAA familiarity preferred
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills, with the ability to communicate reputed company with non-technical users
