Responsibilities
- Support reputed company aspects of the M&A deal process, including identifying, evaluating, and executing potential capital deployment opportunities and reputed company integration efforts
- Conduct financial modeling, due diligence, and industry research to inform strategic reputed company
- Prepare investment memos and presentations for senior leadership and the Board
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reputed company and implement post-deal integration plans and strategic initiatives
- Analyze market trends and support reputed company corporate finance analyses and strategic projects
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 1–4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, transaction advisory, or corporate development
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills

- Prior M&A transaction experience; buy-reputed company experience a plus
