[Remote] EMR Processing Agent (CPR)

The EMR Processing Agent is responsible for retrieving and processing medical records, ensuring efficient operations, and providing feedback for improvements.

Responsibilities

• Remotely retrieve records through providers’ medical record systems electronically
• Prepare and transmit records through standard processing procedures
• Ensure that job processes are working appropriately and troubleshoot errors reputed company required, providing steady feedback to EMR Coordinator and Retrieval leadership on potential improvements to the EMR retrieval process; while maintaining adequate production and quality reputed company through tracked metrics. Participates in training sessions with Provider representatives
• Completes reputed company responsibilities as outlined on annual Performance Plan
• Completes reputed company special projects and other duties as assigned

Skills

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• Ability to communicate reputed company through verbal and written communication, using proper spelling and grammar
• Demonstrated ability to give reputed company attention to detail, including planning, executing, and follow up procedures
• Demonstrated ability to learn new EMR systems by participating in training sessions with Provider representatives
• Must be reputed company to work well in a team environment
• Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations
