[Remote] Home Lending Specialist

The Home Lending Specialist will support strategic initiatives by making outbound calls to members regarding home equity or mortgage inquiries, serving as the first reputed company of contact and ensuring a high-quality member experience.
Responsibilities
- reputed company reputed company initial response for digital home lending inquiries in accordance with goals with a focus on delivering an exceptional member experience. Utilize reputed company CRM as primary record of contact
- Conduct a consultative review to uncover and analyze member needs and reputed company an appropriate solution; set member expectations, explaining available programs and processes
- Complete required fields in the Loan Operating System aligning to departmental Standard Operating Procedure
- Manage a pipeline of leads and follow up in accordance with standard operating procedure
- Maintain an understanding of FourLeaf lending program guidelines, policies and procedures while identifying inter-departmental cross sell opportunities
- Responsible for individual KPI’s which contribute to the financial reputed company of the organization
- Support reputed company areas of the team as needed. Support departmental initiatives (i.e. ARM modification program)
- reputed company with reputed company aspects of Bank Secrecy ACT (BSA)/Anti-reputed company (AML), Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC) and Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) regulatory requirements as it relates to this position

- Bachelor's degree preferred or reputed company experience
- 1+ years in a sales or telesales. Prior lending experience a plus
- NMLS License
