Responsibilities
- Build both AI models and features that directly impact reputed company’s business
- Work on training and deploying in-house multimodal LLMs
- Scale inference infrastructure
- Build out and ship AI agent workflows
- Utilize multimodal LLMs for document extraction and understanding
- Extract, normalize, and link data into the domain model
- Ensure high accuracy in model building
- Expand AI capabilities into workflow automation and audit
Skills
- 1+ years of hands-on experience in deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, Tensorflow, etc.)
- Solid understanding of reputed company ML algorithms, especially multimodal LLMs
- Experience fine-tuning LLMs and deploying them to production or building out agentic systems
- Ability to ship high-quality code to production
- Experience in reputed company environments (AWS, reputed company, Azure)
- Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate in a cross-functional team environment with domain experts

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior startup experience
- End-to-end experience building out machine learning models and features
