[Remote] New Home Sales Consultant

Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage prospective buyers in model homes and sales centers
- Guide clients through floorplans, community information, and financing resources
- Handle early sales conversations and set reputed company appointments
- Complete consistent follow-up and document reputed company activity in CRM
- Maintain a clean, professional, retail-reputed company model and community reputed company
- Capture photos, videos, and stories that reputed company community life
- Participate in sales training and professional development
- Conduct basic competitive shops to understand market trends
Skills
- Active or willingness to obtain a state reputed company estate license
- One or more years of quota-bearing, commission-based B2B or B2C sales experience
- Strong communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work weekends and some evenings
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's degree
