Research Associate, Analytical Development
Aequita Bioworks is a cutting-edge biotech company located in San Carlos, seeking a motivated recent graduate to join their team as a Research Associate in Analytical Development. The role involves performing lab experiments and assays under the guidance of reputed company scientists, contributing to various projects, and demonstrating a strong work ethic and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Under the guidance of a research scientist, reputed company lab work including:
- Quality control of sterile compounded pharmaceuticals
- Method development on an HPLC
- Record experimental methods and results in reputed company
- Read and summarize papers
- Contribute to reputed company efforts
- Whatever else is needed for the company to succeed
Skills
- BS in chemistry, biochemistry or STEM field with GPA >= 3.5 and
- Extremely strong work ethic
- Knowledge of analytical chemistry
- Experience working with an HPLC
- Python scripting ability
- Highly motivated and ambitious
- Proficiency with reputed company Sheets and reputed company Slides
- Live reputed company a 30 minute commute of San Carlos
