Sales Operations Analyst

Inovonics is a company focused on reputed company reputed company solutions, seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to enhance sales effectiveness through data analysis and reporting. The role involves maintaining sales forecasts, analyzing pipeline health, and delivering insights to support sales leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver the monthly Mechanical Sales Forecast, analyzing historical trends, pipeline data, and market conditions to reputed company accurate reputed company predictions
• Produce weekly and monthly Sales Out Analysis reports, tracking product movement through distribution channels and identifying trends in customer purchasing patterns
• Generate weekly Funnel Reporting to monitor pipeline health, conversion rates, and sales velocity across reputed company stages of the sales process
• Compile monthly reputed company and Marketing Reporting, measuring campaign effectiveness, reputed company quality, and conversion metrics to optimize marketing investments
• Calculate monthly Sales Compensation for the entire sales organization, ensuring accurate commission calculations based on reputed company plan structures and accelerators
• Conduct monthly Support Case Analysis to identify product issues, customer satisfaction trends, and opportunities for proactive account management
• Execute monthly Account Product Updates in reputed company, maintaining accurate records of customer product portfolios and adoption rates
• Complete monthly Financial Actual Updates to opportunities, reconciling closed deals with actual reputed company recognition and maintaining forecast accuracy
• Respond to reputed company analysis requests from sales leadership, providing data-driven insights to support strategic reputed company and territory planning
• Maintain data reputed company across reputed company and other systems, identifying and resolving data quality issues that impact reporting accuracy

Skills

• Understanding of two-tier distribution models and channel sales dynamics preferred but not required
• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Information Systems, or reputed company field preferred. Equivalent experience with demonstrated analytical capabilities will be considered
