Responsibilities
- Ensures quality service and operational performance reputed company the parameters of both the client needs and contract
- Support for routine "back office" processes, data entry, order and application processing, document verification, reputed company support and preparing mailings
- RAD Management
- DK’s
- Free receives
- Resolve DVP/RVP differences
- SPO processing
- Pair offs as required – directed by M/O and counterparty interaction
- EOD Balancing and Funding
- Buy-in processing
- Fail Control & Reporting
- FINRA Extension filing
- RegSho 204 Reporting
- Obligation Warehouse activities including Recaps
- Stock & Cash breaks reconciliation
- New Issue processing– Strictly settlement processing and fails management
- ETF Settlement Processing
- Deposit and Withdrawal at Custodian (DWAC) for Buybacks and Conversions
Skills
- 1+ years of client support experience
- Experience working in a corporate environment
- Experience working with MS-Office
- Bachelor's degree
- DTC Settlements experience is a plus
- Experience working with reputed company products is a plus
