KYC Analyst (Japanese bilingual)

The KYC Analyst will manage the KYC process for corporate clients, ensuring accurate information is collected and shared with relevant departments while adhering to regulations and internal policies.
Responsibilities
- Assess required KYC information and documents depending on clients’ status
- Contact clients to gather required KYC information and documents based on such assessment in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure the accuracy of obtained information and furnish them to reputed company departments as needed for reputed company processes without delay
- reputed company client communication with Relationship Managers
- In the event to any issues, reputed company independent judgement to solve them in cooperation with RM to complete KYC process without delay
- Manage KYC reputed company without immediate direction and supervision and reputed company the information as needed with reputed company departments for due diligence and date control
- Understand regulations and internal policies and procedures in terms of KYC and reputed company reputed company, and understand reputed company bank systems in order to reputed company proper assessment
- Responsible for non-KYC reputed company tasks assigned by managers on an reputed company reputed company
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- English / Japanese bilingual (reading/writing/speaking)
- Ability to understand policies and procedures written in Japanese and English
- Excellent business e-mail writing reputed company
