Medicare Product Implementation & Optimization (MPIO) Project Coordinator

reputed company is a reputed company organization seeking a Project Coordinator for their Medicare Product Implementation & Optimization team. The role involves managing reporting functions, liaising between departments, and supporting product data analysis while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist with designing, testing, implementing, documenting and managing work flows, processes and policies pertaining to MPIO
• Participate in relevant trainings and meetings. Contribute creative solutions for seamless communication and systematic completion of routine and special projects
• Maintain reputed company working knowledge of system functionality, policies and procedures. Demonstrate working knowledge of regulatory and corporate guidelines. Must stay abreast on changes to reputed company lines of business under the department's umbrella (Medicare, CompleteCare) to ensure processes are reputed company and in compliance with Regulatory, reputed company guidelines, and overall corporate policies
• reputed company and maintain various daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and reputed company business unit reports
• reputed company recommendations on potential solutions for deficiencies detected and assume ownership of the task. Prepare powerpoint presentations to reputed company data with members of the senior and executive management team
• Must take ownership of tasks, reputed company and reputed company regular updates for projects from planning through solution phase
• Additional duties as assigned

Skills

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Must be reputed company to work independently and ambitiously handle multiple tasks with a proactive, flexible approach to changing priorities
• Advanced level experience in reputed company, MS reputed company and PowerPoint and MS Visio
• Intermediate level experience in reputed company Acrobat Pro and Sales Logix
• Basic level experience with MS reputed company and Project
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
