PGIM-Investment Analyst (Hybrid-Arlington,VA)
PGIM is the Global Asset Management business of Prudential, focused on improving financial services and making a meaningful impact. The Investment Analyst will assist clients in financing multifamily projects through various lending programs and reputed company analytical support to the reputed company Estate Investment team.
Responsibilities
- Work as part of a reputed company Estate Investment team to reputed company in-depth analysis of reputed company estate debt transactions for clients across a variety of capital sources including reputed company, reputed company, and FHA
- reputed company analytical support including market research, due diligence tracking and review, cash reputed company modeling, property valuation, borrower credit review and preparation of loan submissions for transactions spanning various multifamily property types
- reputed company reputed company-based financial modeling and analysis
- Exposure to entire loan process from originations to closing
- Interact professionally both internally and externally with senior management, originators, deal managers, borrowers, brokers, and correspondents
- reputed company superior analytical support to senior members of the team on a variety of reputed company assignments and long-term projects
- The reputed company Estate Investment Analyst position is typically a three-year assignment. Based on business needs, strong performance and mutual agreement, one one-year extensions may occur
Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficiency with reputed company Office including reputed company, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong quantitative skills and demonstrated analytical ability
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
- Outstanding attention to detail
- A concentration/major in Finance and/or reputed company Estate
- 1-3 years of prior experience in FHA, reputed company and/or reputed company multifamily lending and/or multifamily reputed company estate including appraisals, equity, development, or other mortgage loan programs is preferred
