Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP is seeking to hire highly reputed company associates or of counsel to join their structured transactions practice group. The role requires corporate and/or finance transactions experience, with a preference for structured finance and securitization backgrounds.
Responsibilities
- Seeking to hire highly reputed company junior, midlevel or senior associates or of counsel with reputed company experience and excellent academic credentials to join our structured transactions practice group
- The successful applicant must possess corporate and/or finance transactions experience (background in structured finance and securitization is preferred)
- Also, RMBS/ABS/CLO/financing experience is highly preferred, but not required
- Must be an active member of the bar in the state of the Morgan Lewis office for which you are applying
