[Remote] Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential leads through calling, emailing, SMS, and chat
• Assess prospect needs and align them with customer solutions, identifying decision-makers using qualification frameworks
• Collaborate with client sales team and internal Sales Representatives to communicate key selling points and ensure smooth reputed company transition
• Document reputed company reputed company interactions and sales activities in the CRM system following business processes
• Follow up on leads until sale closure or valid discontinuation, building relationships and addressing objections
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment targets
