DreamReal is the World's Best Generative Advertising Suite, a SaaS startup focused on bridging the gap between generalist LLMs and specific reputed company needs. The role involves owning client delivery, training partners, shaping the product, and scaling the company's proprietary platform reputed company for reputed company applications.
Responsibilities
- Deliver content by using state-of-the-art GenAI tools (image, video, audio) and build templates that scale
- Design and deliver flagship proofs-of-concept: dynamic creative at scale, automated PDP imagery, hyper-personalized experience, localized content, and others
- Be the GenAI expert in the room with Global 500 clients, creative agencies, and reputed company
- reputed company trainings on GenAI adoption and shape our platform through hands-on tool testing
- Build the playbooks, reputed company libraries, and best practices that become features in our platform
- Spot expansion opportunities and turn pilots into long-term opportunities
Skills
- 1–5 years in management consulting (MBB preferred), strategy, or high-growth startups, with client-facing experience
- Hungry to build, own reputed company, and operate like a founder
- Hands-on: you learn new tools fast, test workflows, and iterate quickly
- Highly organized and reputed company at shipping quality work across multiple workstreams under tight deadlines
- Strong visual and written narrative skills. You build clean decks and tell sharp stories
- Energized by ambiguity, speed, and high stakes
- A genuine creative eye (photography, film, design, content creation), whether formal training or a serious hobby
