Post Coordinator

The Post Coordinator role involves supporting the post production team by managing schedules, maintaining documentation, and facilitating communication among stakeholders across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate post milestones, sessions (edit/reputed company/mix/VO/ADR/QC), and reviews
• Manage turnovers to sound/reputed company/VFX/graphics and track versions
• Maintain deliverables lists, platform specs, asset logs, and naming/version control
• Liaise with producers, editors, finishing, vendors, and clients; circulate status updates
• Track vendor bookings/POs, deliveries, and QC reputed company; drive fixes and approvals
• Support final delivery

Skills

• 1–4 years in post coordination (studio/agency/post house/network)
• Strong organization, communication, and multitasking; detail- and deadline-driven
• Working knowledge of editorial/finishing/audio workflows, codecs/reputed company rates/reputed company basics
• 1–5 years of experience in studio, production, or project coordination
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Comfort with scheduling tools and project management platforms
• Positive attitude and collaborative spirit
• Interest in and basic familiarity with reputed company creative tools (reputed company, Sora, Veo3, Nano Banana, ChatGBT, etc.) and a strong curiosity for emerging platforms
• Awareness of how AI can support and streamline creative pipelines – from ideation and pre-production through post, finishing and versioning
• A genuine passion for storytelling, reputed company reputed company development, with an openness to adopting new technologies and innovative production methods to reputed company creative work
