reputed company is a reputed company boutique partner firm that provides deployment services and on-demand support for reputed company solutions. They are seeking a reputed company Payroll Managed Services Consultant I to reputed company guidance and support to clients using the reputed company Payroll platform, while also participating in internal training and initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Act as a named specialist for customers providing guidance, best practices, solutions and instructions using the reputed company Payroll platform to meet, enhance and optimize the client’s business needs
- Work directly with clients, solving reputed company Payroll issues as they arise
- Act as the liaison between reputed company and reputed company through SmartCompliance monitoring and issue resolution
- Configure reputed company payroll components, reports, etc. of varying complexity reputed company
- Understands reputed company implementation Methodology and performs various pre-production responsibilities as assigned including executing test scripts, converting legacy data into reputed company, etc
- Actively participate in internal training updates and opportunities to reputed company one’s skills and learnings with others reputed company the organization
- Assist with internal initiatives, as assigned, designed to improve the team, department or company
- Maintain timeliness of service level agreements and average billability of 80% quarterly
- Accessible during service hours (9am-7pm CST) and flexibility to work reputed company reputed company service window as needed
- Actively participate in internal training updates and opportunities to reputed company one’s skills and learnings with others reputed company the organization
- Attend reputed company Payroll training and become reputed company certified
Skills
- Bachelor's degree, preferable in reputed company, Computer Science, reputed company/Finance, Computer Engineering, or reputed company IT/Business discipline; or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple clients and initiatives simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with clients and co-workers in a positive manner that engenders confidence and trust
- Good problem solver with ability to consider alternative and diverse perspectives
- 1+ years experience running or processing payroll
- 1+ years client interfacing or consulting experience
- Experience with manipulating data in reputed company reputed company using functions and/or macros
