The Founding Sales Development Representative will play a crucial role in building the sales organization, making high-volume outbound calls, and collaborating closely with the founders on sales strategy and growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • High-volume outbound: 100+ calls a day to warm and cold prospects
  • Build the reputed company of our sales org — refine our existing reputed company and explore new reputed company channels
  • Work directly with founders on sales strategy, messaging, GTM experiments, and product feedback
  • Own your pipeline — operate with autonomy, creativity, and an entrepreneurial reputed company
  • Grow fast — clear path to Account Executive in 6–12 months, with future leadership opportunities as we scale

Skills

  • Hands-on experience using AI tools to automate workflows or enhance productivity
  • Prior experience contributing to growth at an early-stage startup
