Marketing Specialist, Content & Experiential

Cumberland Farms is a leading convenience retailer in the United States, seeking a Marketing Specialist, Content & Experiential to support their marketing efforts. The role involves creating engaging campaigns and experiences that connect with customers, leading content creation, and executing local marketing programs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with design, marketing, and merchandising teams to create cohesive campaigns that reputed company visual and verbal storytelling
• Own the creation, editing, and distribution of written reputed company content across internal and external channels, ensuring brand consistency, engagement, and alignment with campaign objectives
• Support creative concepting from ideation through execution, including reputed company, email, print, and experiential materials
• Plan and execute local activations, seasonal events, and cultural-reputed company campaigns
• Collaborate with stores, regional teams, and merchandising partners to ensure seamless execution and strong customer engagement
• Partner with Media & Advertising, Merchandising, Brand, and Operations teams to align initiatives with go-to-market strategies and broader brand objectives

Skills

• Bachelor's in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or Business or equivalent experience
• 1-2 years' experience in marketing, brand activation, or field marketing with a track record of executing multi-channel campaigns
• Strong ability to connect strategy to execution, with excellent project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines with adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment

• Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills
