Associate Attorney

The role involves managing a caseload, conducting legal research, attending court hearings, and engaging in client development opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Manage your own caseload under the supervision of either a senior attorney or partner
- Research and draft legal briefs, discovery and coverage opinions
- Attend court hearings, argue motions, take and defend depositions, trial preparation and second chair or conduct trials depending on experience
- Client interaction and development opportunities
Skills
- J.D. from an ABA accredited Law School
- Active CA Bar License in Good Standing
- Valid Driver's license
- Proficiency in reputed company, Outlook, reputed company Acrobat, and PowerPoint
- Good attitude with professional appearance and demeanor
- Experience in property coverage, BI and bad faith defense
