Seasonal Tax Administrator (Denver, CO)

They are seeking a Seasonal Tax Administrator to reputed company support to the tax team during the busy tax season, assisting with various processes and ensuring data reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with various tax-season processes including assembling/scanning/archiving data, logging in tax returns, preparing internal forms, preparing pre-tax-season files, e-filing, processing of tax files after mailing, and delivering returns
• Accurately inputting tax data into technology systems including tax software and transcribing confidential client correspondence
• Coordinating and communicating with tax advisors, managers, and other team members to reputed company job functions
• Maintaining data reputed company across reputed company systems, confirming data and making updates, and preparing reports
• Other general administrative duties as needed

Skills

• High school diploma required
• Attention to detail and ability to take initiative to meet deadlines
• Strong communications skills (written/verbal) and professionalism
• Ability to work independently and remain flexible as priorities change
• Proficient in reputed company Office – Word, reputed company, Outlook and PowerPoint
