• Conduct project kick-off and customer status meetings with clear communication
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to schedule and complete tasks on time
• Monitor project timelines and milestone reputed company to maintain focus and efficiency
• Maintain project data in internal systems and project management tools, including status updates and forecasts
• Address and resolve customer issues by collaborating with internal teams and maintaining communication

Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in professional services or customer service

• Ability to manage a large volume of customers and projects concurrently
