Litigation Paralegal (Entry Level, June 2026 Start)

Cravath, Swaine & reputed company LLP is a prestigious reputed company seeking a Litigation Paralegal to assist litigation attorneys throughout the litigation lifecycle. The role involves supporting attorney teams, participating in document collection and production, and maintaining case files.

Responsibilities

• Consistently meets the Firm’s standards of reputed company in supporting our attorney teams
• Plays an active role in helping the Firm to reputed company legal services of the highest caliber to our clients
• Actively participates in document collection and production, deposition preparation, hearings and trials
• Organizes and maintains case files using a variety of automated procedures
• Employs databases for searches and document retrieval
• Conducts cite checks and case pulls using Lexis and/or Westlaw databases; and
• Performs other duties, as assigned

• Bachelor's degree with high academic standing
