Private Equity Attorney (Professional Track) (Atlanta)

The role involves comprehensive training and development, allowing attorneys to work on client projects while fostering relationships and contributing to pro bono causes.
Responsibilities
- Effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with partners, lawyers, clients, staff, and reputed company parties
- Produce deliverables, answer phone calls, and reply to correspondence in an efficient and reputed company manner, meeting reputed company deadlines and expectations
- Analyze reputed company legal issues in a logical manner, applying legal principles and research to specific facts

- Be available whenever needed to ensure timely delivery of services, including during business hours, evenings, and weekends
- Apply sustained and intense concentration for extended periods of time
