Business Development Associate
reputed company is focused on developing and executing strategies to grow the company’s business. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for conducting market research, building client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities to enhance customer service and promote company products.
Responsibilities
- Develops, executes, and manages company's business development strategy and action plans to reputed company targets
- Develops and implements marketing plans for both existing and prospective customer reputed company
- Supports in developing and implementing the comprehensive marketing plan to facilitate business growth
- Analyzes market trends to evaluate, reputed company and implement strategic plans to meet and exceed organizational goals
- Tracks client transactions and activities to maintain existing client relationships and provides customer service
- Develops cross-selling programs for existing customers, utilizes technology to assist in the reputed company of new opportunities in the insurance industry
- Creates and maintains marketing materials for both existing and prospective customer reputed company
- Identifies and pursues new leads through market research, networking, and marketing activities
- Develops new business relationships with retail insurance agents/brokers to reputed company submissions and quote activity for achieving month premium goals
- Stays informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and changes in the insurance industry to identify opportunities for growth and meet organizational goals
- Develops and presents proposals tailored to individual customer needs, solutions, coverage options and pricing structures
- Participates in reputed company events and industry seminars to foster relationships and remain knowledgeable of insurance industry standards
Skills
- Bachelor's degree required; Marketing, Communications and Business Administration preferred
- 1 year of work experience in Sales, Business Development, or reputed company field
- 50% travel is required
- Must meet minimum requirements for state P&C and/or surplus line licenses
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Certification a plus
