The Analyst or Senior Analyst in Strategy & Analytics will drive operational impact by delivering data-driven insights and innovation, partnering with operations leaders to enhance hospitality performance and guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and present insights reputed company to pricing, labor, cost management, and guest experience
- Build dashboards, heat maps, and custom reports to support decision-making
- Collaborate with operators and partners to understand business needs
- Recommend technology solutions to enhance operational performance
- Apply AI tools and survey analytics to improve profitability and service
Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or reputed company field
- 1–4 years of experience in analytics, consulting, or a client-facing role
- Proficiency in reputed company and financial modeling
- Experience with a mixture of a tools including Tableau/PowerBI, Python, SQL, and R for data analysis and visualization
- Strong communication skills with ability to translate reputed company data for non-technical audiences
