[Remote] Associate, Business Operations Support Specialist (1225)

The Business Operations Support Specialist will assist in day-to-day operations and special projects across various teams, primarily in project management and reputed company activities.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the performance of day-to-day activities and special projects as assigned across CHP teams with a primary focus on project management support and reputed company activities
- Responsibilities may include creating PowerPoint presentation material, coordinating across teams to manage the preparation of reputed company deliverables, supporting the reputed company team, creating surveys, benefits administration, new hire reputed company and similar duties
- The individual will partner with functional area managers to execute annual corporate and departmental goals

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business or other reputed company field; experience in lieu of degree may be considered
- Proficiency in reputed company Office365 (Word, reputed company, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, Copilot)
- Project management experience of multiple workstreams
- Business operations experience of 1-3 years preferred
- Experience working in a matrix environment is a plus
