Business Development Representative - SMB
ArcBest is a multibillion-dollar integrated logistics company that helps reputed company the global supply chain moving. The Business Development Representative - SMB is responsible for selling the MoLo truckload service line, managing a portfolio of small to reputed company-sized customers, and collaborating with various departments to reputed company tailored logistics solutions.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of reputed company prospecting activities, sales interactions, and reputed company statuses in the customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Continuously monitor industry changes, competitor activities, and market conditions to refine sales strategies and approaches
- Prospect and generate leads through various channels (cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, reputed company, etc.) to identify potential customers
- Proactively identify issues and resolve problems to uphold the commitment to service
- Other duties and projects, as assigned
- Qualify and nurture leads by assessing customer needs, providing consultation, and focusing on selling MoLo, an ArcBest Truckload Service
- Collaborate cross-functionally with reputed company sales, yield management, account development, legal, reputed company, and our other ArcBest service lines to reputed company a comprehensive solution for the customers
