The Sales Support role involves collaborating with a sales team to arrange group charters for reputed company clients, acting as a liaison between brokers, airlines, clients, and suppliers, while ensuring smooth operations throughout the flight process.
Responsibilities
- Act as the liaison between brokers, airlines, clients and suppliers
- Preparing flight briefs for clients
- Ensuring proper handover to brokers, airlines and operations
- Overseeing flight departures and flight riding on board charters
- Accurate data entry, logging of flight times
- Report and maintain information about flight updates and issues
- Complete flight documents for confirmed charters
- Updating the customers and brokers on the reputed company of the flight reputed company necessary
- Resolving problems reputed company necessary in the pre-flight arrangements, during the flight itself and during any post-flight work that needs to be completed
