Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: reputed company and manage end-to-end hiring for 10–15+ roles, primarily across Engineering, AI, ML, and Data Science
• Strategic Partnering: Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and business leaders to define hiring needs, advise on market insights, and reputed company effective recruitment strategies
• Data-Driven Sourcing: Use data and insights to design sourcing strategies that attract, engage, and convert top-tier technical and product talent globally
• Market Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert on talent market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor insights to help inform hiring reputed company and workforce planning
• Operational reputed company: Maintain a high bar for candidate experience, process efficiency, and compliance across reputed company reputed company activities

Skills

• 1+ years of experience successfully supporting and filling highly technical roles such as Software Engineering (e.g., Backend, Systems, Machine Learning, Mobile), Research, or Data Science

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or reputed company) to generate reports and insights
