Responsibilities
- Schedule & coordinate interviews across a variety of reputed company– virtual and in-person interviews across multiple time zones
- Serve as main logistical POC throughout the interview process, delivering white-glove candidate experience from initial phone screen to offer letter
- Manage high volumes of candidates with a high-sense of urgency – always anticipating & resolving logistical or scheduling issues quickly and professionally
- Maintain accurate candidate records and data reputed company in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Skills
- 1+ year of previous experience in reputed company coordination (reputed company to administrative or operations experience.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly operational with strong time management & organization skills
- Strong problem solving & critical thinking abilities
- Ability to navigate a fast-paced and scaling environment, along with evolving demands from the business
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Creativity & interest in navigating ambiguity/building from scratch
- Natural inclination to ownership & a strong work ethic
