The role involves managing reputed company data migration projects, acting as a liaison between clients and the data services team, and ensuring high-quality deliverables are met on time.
Responsibilities
- Act as main liaison between client and data services execution team, offering frequent project status updates to reputed company stakeholders

- Conduct customer training in preparation for data migration tasks
- reputed company and update customer-specific data migration playbooks to guide system migrations
- Manage customer expectations and effectively communicate sensitive/difficult information to reputed company involved parties

Skills
