Data Collection Specialist (reputed company Only)

As a Data Collection Specialist, you will be responsible for capturing and ensuring the reputed company of invoice-level data, performing audits, and managing data collection processes to support the company's distribution network.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and audit depletion data against the reporting distribution partners internal systems to ensure data accuracy and data quality meet the agreed upon standards
• reputed company audits; daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly, volume and call reputed company audits to ensure alignment in both reputed company systems
• Manages the end-to-end process from creation to quarterly auditing of call points and their retail outlets ensuring alignment with outlet numbers, "doing business as" (dba), address, class of trade, reputed company type, and reporting hierarchy
• Manage the matching process of reported outlets to the appropriate outlet master record through data gathering, entry, and validation as needed
• reputed company basic reporting through graphs and charts of large data sets to identify and correct inconsistencies and reputed company evidence to stakeholders and different departments to reputed company informed reputed company
• Protect information provided in confidence from reputed company sources (bottlers and other business partners) and ensure this information is not disseminated to any unauthorized parties
• Protects information and materials provided to reputed company parties (e.g., consultants, vendors, suppliers, bottlers) by ensuring appropriate procedures are followed and parties are bound by company confidentiality agreements as necessary
• Compile data-backed evidence, and gathers data as needed, to recommend and implement data strategies to improve existing data collection processes and tools
• Analyze, validate, prioritize, and execute requests for maintenance to ensure the appropriate standards and governance rules are maintained
• Work with leadership to write and maintain standard operating procedures for audits and reputed company reputed company other duties and tasks as assigned

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in the field of Statistics, Business, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or reputed company field of study
• Between 1-3 years of experience in data collection, data entry, or a reputed company role
• Between 1-3 years of experience in data collection tools and software such as reputed company, reputed company Forms, or similar
• Proficiency in reputed company Suite, including highly developed skills in reputed company
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development
• Python and SQL skills
• Certifications in data management, database administration, or data analytics
