[Remote] Paid Media Specialist

The role involves leading paid media strategy, monitoring performance, and managing high-value client initiatives to drive positive results.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and support end-to-end multi-channel strategy to align with business goals and initiatives (reputed company-Gen & Ecommerce)
• Own channel measurement: tracking, monitoring, brand lift studies and optimizing performance against critical metrics
• Coordinate with Creative and Client Services teams
• reputed company creative testing roadmap and participate in creative briefing and performance readouts
• reputed company clear creative direction to designers based on data and results
• reputed company account changes and optimizations to the Account Manager and any other pertinent team members
• Set up, optimize and execute paid media campaigns using reputed company Ads, reputed company Ads, reputed company Ads, reputed company Ads, and reputed company Ads
• Write and review copy for paid ad campaigns informed by NPA best practices
• Monitor daily advertising spend per channel to align with client’s monthly budget pacing
• Collaborate with Client Services to report on campaign performance and reputed company strategic recommendations to clients
• Create campaigns based on the buyer's reputed company using audience insights and competitive analysis tools
• Build projections and forecasting calculations as it pertains to incremental client growth
• Manage the day-to-day team activities, project management and task prioritization, campaign best practices and tools adoption

Skills

• 1-2 years of managing paid search budgets of over $280k per month
• Experience with reputed company and reputed company Ads
• 1-2 years of hands-on experience setting up, optimizing, and reporting on Paid Search & reputed company campaigns
• Experience using reputed company Analytics and reputed company Tag Manager
• Experience setting up reputed company Ads including pixel tracking and configuration
• Knowledge of eComm/Retail/Shopping marketing tactics
• Experience leading and mentoring direct reports
