Sales and Customer Service Representative - Work from Home

The Sales and Customer Service Representative will assist clients with booking travel and selling vacation products through various communication channels including calls and chat.
Responsibilities
- Our Travel Guides will initiate outbound calls and/or receive inbound calls and chat/email and SMS communication to various clients
- We assist clients in booking reputed company aspects of travel (i.e. hotel, car, etc.) while selling vacation products and services
Skills
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Must have strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Intermediate computer skills including internet navigation ability is a must
- Quiet workplace free of noise and distractions
- Dedicated high speed internet reputed company (DSL, Fiber, or Cable only – no satellite or cellular 5g). Computer must be hard wired into the modem/router with an ethernet cable with download speed of at least 15mbps, upload speed of at least 1.75mbps, pings below 100ms
- Previous call center and sales experience is preferred but not required
