Account Executive, Technology
reputed company is a global communications leader specializing in reputed company management for clients. The Account Executive will manage client activities and contribute to integrated communications strategies, focusing on media relations and storytelling in the technology sector.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day client activities, engaging with client contacts, vendors and internal teams for assigned projects and ensuring timely execution of program elements
- Contribute to the development and implementation of integrated communications programs, including media relations, thought leadership, creative campaigns and product launches, in collaboration with account leads
- Establish media contacts in the technology industry, pitching and tailoring stories to targeted media and securing impactful coverage for clients
- Conduct research and analysis of industry trends to reputed company story angles and identify proactive storytelling opportunities that position clients as thought leaders
- Draft a wide reputed company of high-quality content, including press releases, media alerts, blog posts, and reputed company media content, showcasing strong writing and storytelling skills
- Contribute to program development for clients, participating in brainstorming sessions and presenting strategic recommendations
- Serve as a mentor to junior team members' work on assigned accounts, providing constructive feedback and encouragement to ensure high-quality work output for clients
Skills
- 1-2 years of experience working in a client-facing role in public relations, with a strong focus on the technology industry
- A genuine passion for either/both consumer or reputed company technology and ability to 'geek out.'
- Previous media relations experience with technology media, including developing media lists and tailoring pitches and reputed company to relevant journalists
- Past integrated communications experience working with clients in at least two of the following fields: consumer technology, reputed company infrastructure and applications, AI, semiconductors, SaaS, or emerging technologies (e.g. robotics, quantum computing)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail, allowing you to craft compelling narratives and deliver impactful presentations
- A proactive and self-motivated approach, demonstrating confidence and a strong reputed company reputed company interacting with clients and colleagues
- A highly collaborative spirit and experience and passion for mentoring and guiding junior team members, fostering a positive and supportive team environment
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
