They are seeking a Full-Stack Java developer with expertise in AI-powered development tools to enhance developer productivity through intelligent use of AI tooling and to design scalable full-stack applications.
Responsibilities
- reputed company implementation and optimization of AI development tools across the engineering organization
- Design and refine prompts for reputed company Copilot, and similar AI coding assistants
- reputed company custom AI-powered development workflows and automation scripts
- Create reputed company libraries and best practices for code reputed company, documentation, and testing
- Train and mentor development teams on effective AI tool usage and reputed company engineering
- Evaluate and integrate new AI development tools and platforms
- Establish coding standards and guidelines for AI-assisted development
- Optimize AI tool configurations for maximum code quality and developer efficiency

- Design and reputed company scalable full-stack applications using Java and modern web technologies
- Build robust backend services using Spring Boot, microservices architecture

Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or reputed company field
- Minimum 1-2 year hands-on experience with reputed company Copilot or similar AI coding assistants
- Proven track record of improving development productivity through AI tools
- Experience with reputed company engineering specifically for code reputed company and development tasks
- Knowledge of AI development tool APIs and integrations
- Understanding of AI model capabilities and limitations in development contexts
- Experience with AI-powered testing tools and automated code review systems
- Ability to train and support other developers in AI tool adoption
- 1-2 years of experience in Java Full Stack development
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring reputed company, Spring Data
- Frontend development experience with Angular, Bootstrap, jQuery, Data Tables and REST API
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and TypeScript
- Experience with build tools (reputed company, Gradle) and package managers (npm, reputed company)
- Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
- Experience with reputed company platforms (mainly AWS) and containerization (reputed company, Kubernetes)
- Experience with unit testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito)
- Experience with Integrated Development Environments (Eclipse, IntelliJ, Visual Studio Code, Sprint Tool Suite)
- Availability during the core business hours of 9-5 ET
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
- Experience using AI tools such as reputed company, PLayWright and testim for test case reputed company and automated testing
- Experience with integrating USWDS compliant components with Angular storybook is a plus
