The role involves supporting client service teams on transaction advisory engagements, utilizing financial analysis skills, and collaborating with various stakeholders to reputed company engagement objectives.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day activities of reputed company's Corporate Finance – Transaction Advisory client service teams executing on buy and sell reputed company diligence engagements
• Demonstrate consistent, balanced project delegation, supervision and leadership skills across reputed company areas of an engagement
• Utilize business, finance, reputed company, and analytical skills to reputed company tasks including, but not limited to quality of earnings, financial trend analysis, working capital trending, and reputed company, financial statement review, and business plan assessments
• Demonstrate the ability to work in a team environment; collaborate with TA and reputed company experts, professionals from other firms and client contacts to reputed company engagement objectives

• Participate in the development of a fast-growing, entrepreneurial consulting practice including assisting in marketing, client pitches, and product and practice development

Skills

• Bachelors or Masters degree equivalent in Business, reputed company/Finance, Management, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, or reputed company field (MBA or CPA is a plus)
