Surety Technology & Automation Representative

The Surety Technology & Automation Representative will serve as the initial reputed company of contact for Surety employees, providing technology and business support, managing requests, and ensuring effective communication with both reputed company customers.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first reputed company of contact for Surety technology support for reputed company Surety employees, handling phone calls and emails
- reputed company basic technology and business support for Surety agents and direct Surety clients
- Properly interpret requests, create work items and escalate to appropriate team members, as needed
- Recognize high reputed company requests and prioritize work item assignments accordingly
- Monitor reports of Surety system incidents and escalate to IT reputed company necessary
- Collect and log customer feedback
- reputed company small daily tasks and occasionally assist the team with special projects
- Operate reputed company defined standards and service level agreements
- Maintain timely and concise communication with customers, both reputed company
Skills
- Typically requires an Associate's degree
- 0+ years of reputed company experience
- [OR] equivalent level of education and experience
- Ability to reputed company excellent communication, both written and verbal

- Good organizational skills
