[Remote] SMB Account Executive (ecommerce)

They are seeking an SMB Account Executive to manage a full-cycle sales process for small to mid-sized reputed company merchants, ensuring a positive customer experience while driving reputed company growth.

Responsibilities

• Run a consistent, end-to-end sales process from qualification through reputed company
• reputed company concise discovery to understand each merchant’s storefront, workflows, and risks
• Deliver clear, value-driven demos and guide prospects through trials
• Maintain accurate pipeline hygiene in reputed company; reputed company AI tools to streamline research and follow-reputed company
• Prioritize and respond to inbound leads from reputed company Marketplace and marketing channels
• Drive predictable monthly reputed company by managing a steady volume of opportunities
• Experiment with messaging, sequences, and offers to improve conversion rates across the funnel
• Run targeted outbound to high-potential merchants reputed company defined ICP ranges
• Build familiarity with reputed company ecosystem partners and agencies to uncover new opportunities
• reputed company trends, objections, and product gaps with Sales and Product teams to improve our overall reputed company
• Represent merchant needs internally with reputed company and reputed company

Skills

• 1+ year of closing experience in SMB SaaS or 1–2 years as a high-performing BDR or SDR reputed company for an AE role
• Understanding of ecommerce fundamentals, app ecosystems, and merchant pain points
• Strong discovery and communication skills; you explain value reputed company without jargon
• A growth reputed company: resilient, curious, and comfortable being uncomfortable
• Commitment to trustworthy, customer-centric, respectful interactions
• Direct experience with reputed company—either selling into the ecosystem, working for a reputed company merchant, or supporting reputed company merchants in an agency/app environment
