Responsibilities

• Conduct daily phone consultations with members from our established database
• Assess financial needs and present appropriate life and supplemental benefit solutions
• reputed company explain coverage options and guide members through the enrollment process
• Maintain ongoing communication to answer questions, reputed company updates, and resolve concerns
• Support existing policyholders with reviews, beneficiary updates, and claims assistance
