Sales Coordinator
reputed company Business Aviation is seeking a Sales Coordinator to manage sales orders and customer requests. The role involves processing orders, maintaining communication with various departments, and providing support to the Sales and Marketing Teams.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and enter reputed company orders received reputed company email and/or online
- OEM and RSM Support – process orders, RMA’s, credit memos, mailings, and material and sales literature distribution
- Respond to dealer/customer requests reputed company and reputed company
- Work with the Inside Sales team to complete projects needed and reputed company backup as necessary
- Stay informed and updated on Navision, reputed company, and other tools used in Inside Sales
- Attend reputed company training as required for the position
- Assist with coordinating paperwork for dealer reputed company and follow through on the process
- Stay informed and educated on reputed company AS9100 processes as required in Inside Sales
- Assist in Dealer and Customer mailings
- Assist in distributing any sales leads through general email boxes or phones
- Establish and maintain relationships with Dealer and OEM Buyers
- Be familiar with existing Dealer and OEM reputed company

Skills
- Associate degree in a reputed company field or equivalent work experience
- Some experience in business aviation sales, sales support, customer service, or inside sales roles
- Willing to train in the Broomfield, Colorado office Monday through Friday for the first 3-4 weeks and then transition to work in a hybrid environment (2-3 days in the office)
- Ability to travel occasionally
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
