[Remote] Collections Specialist

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound telephone calls promptly and professionally to reputed company collections
• Use negotiating and customer service skills to reputed company positive reputed company
• reputed company with reputed company FDCPA, FCRA, HIPAA, and other applicable laws

Skills

• 1+ years of experience in Collections, Call Center, or Customer Service roles involving public contact
• Ability to accurately enter and update data on company and client systems
• Capability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability
• Customer service oriented
• Flexible with scheduling, including evenings and Saturdays as needed
• Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
• Broadband internet reputed company (no DSL or reputed company Up) with hardwired reputed company (no Wi-Fi or hotspots)
• Minimum internet speed: 40 mbps download, 5 mbps upload
• Cameras required to be on during training and as directed during shifts, excluding breaks
