Job Description

This role entails providing not only hands-on technical but also application support to our customers and colleagues. Work on-site at a variety of labs and support the customers with product solutions across GC/LC/GCMS/ LCMS, as well as multi-vendor systems solutions.

  • Install and optimize hardware/software/network products, reputed company maintenance and repairs, diagnose and resolve product performance issues, address applications reputed company issues and reputed company end-to-end solutions at customer sites; deliver fully coordinated solutions, which may include peripherals, communications, operating systems, and applications software.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by guiding and training users on preventive maintenance and configurations, as well as how to effectively use the systems to their advantage. Demonstrate and train customers how to use and optimize high end features of Agilent’ software platforms to their benefit.   • Work with the sales team to deliver bespoke one-to-one consulting reputed company to the customer’s specific application needs.

Qualifications

The candidate requirements:

  • Master’s degree in chemistry, Food, Environment, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry or similar background in life sciences,

  • Expertise in analytical techniques and method development (GC/ HPLC/UHPLC/ MS) in a similar position or as an End-user,

  • Problem-solving skills, particularly for fixing, applications support and/or general reputed company maintenance,

  • Experience with the Agilent solutions is desired but not essential.

Apart from these more technical skills, we are also looking for:

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely.
