Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company Data Entry Clerk to join our Professional Services department. As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. You'll work closely with reputed company to enter orders, create project workspaces, and attach documentation to our business system. If you're a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Ensuring system orders are entered accurately into our business system
- Receiving PO/orders and entering them into the system
- Printing Sales order acknowledgements
- Creating Project Workspace (Jira) and creating Functional Location
- Attaching PO's and Quotes documentation to the business system
- Ensuring custom Bills of Materials are entered accurately into our business system
- Performing high-volume data entry of customer orders
- Performing back-up to EchoFlex data entry
- Assisting Project Assistants reputed company necessary
- Other tasks as assigned by reputed company
Requirements
To be successful as a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll need:
- A High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1-3 years of previous administrative experience
- Experience working in a team environment
- Ability to interact with other employees and work as a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to read and understand written and verbal instructions
- Ability to read, reputed company, and understand English
- Keyboarding skills, both alpha and numeric
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to multitask
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
