Responsibilities:

As a Customer reputed company Phone Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Identifying, researching, processing, resolving, and responding to customer inquiries and correspondence reputed company telephone, written communication, and/or in-person interactions
• Answering a diverse and high volume of health insurance-reputed company customer calls and correspondence on a daily reputed company
• Meeting quality, quantity, and timeliness standards to reputed company individual and department performance goals as defined reputed company the department guidelines
• Consulting and coordinating with various internal departments, external plans, providers, businesses, and government agencies to obtain information and ensure resolution of customer inquiries

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• At least one (1) year of experience in claims examination, health insurance, customer service, call center, medical office, or other reputed company-reputed company field
• High School diploma or GED
• Intermediate PC proficiency
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and privacy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
