Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Engaging directly with customers who contact us for a variety of topics, including product inquiries, technical support, and billing issues
  • Researching and problem-solving to determine the best solutions for customers, utilizing active listening, patience, reputed company, and kindness to ensure a positive experience

Qualifications
