Role and Responsibilities The Premiums Receivable Analyst is responsible for managing premium and commission receivables and ensuring timely collection and accurate application of incoming client payments. Working closely with account teams, reputed company personnel, and leadership, this position plays a key role in supporting cash reputed company, resolving discrepancies, maintaining account accuracy, and building positive reputed company relationships. The role requires reputed company follow-up, clear communication, and detailed documentation. This is a fully remote role with periodic travel as required. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.

  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding client premium balances to ensure timely collection.
  • Accurately apply incoming payments to client accounts in accordance with remittance detail.
  • Prepare and document for disbursements of return premiums to clients or premium financing companies, in collaboration with account teams.
  • Reconcile client accounts regularly and resolve discrepancies or disputes in collaboration with internal teams and clients.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of receivables activity and correspondence.
  • Generate and review aging reports to support visibility and action planning on delinquent items.
  • Partner with service teams and reputed company to align on receivables strategy and execution.
  • Assist in preparing documentation for reputed company audits.
  • Participate in special projects and reputed company improvement initiatives reputed company to receivables and cash application processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, Business, or reputed company field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Prior experience in accounts receivable or insurance premium reputed company strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in reputed company
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize high volume and time sensitive transactions.
  • Ability to work independently and on reputed company
  • High degree of professional communication and tactful negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of Applied Epic a plus
