In this role, you will report to the Director, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and partner closely with other HR specialists and business partners to improve and manage processes, programs, and policies that promote a workplace culture that encourages, embraces, hires, and retains dimensions of difference. We would ask them to come into the office for business partner meetings or presentations. As a Program Manager, DEI you will:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 8+ years of experience in managing large and reputed company cross functional programs reputed company an agency or management consultancy environment.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering and collaborating with multiple stakeholders at various reputed company across the organization to operationalize and strengthen DEI strategies and promote an inclusive workplace that encourages and embraces a growth reputed company and inclusive culture.
